On the morning of May 7, 2020, when Mr. Zhu, a customer from Heilongjiang, drove an Aoling Express to pull bulk cargo, he found that the vehicle had a fault light, boring, and speed limit problems, so he immediately called the local Aoling Rescue Service center phone.

 

During the epidemic in Heilongjiang, Master Zhu could not drive the vehicle to the service station. After receiving the call, the Aoling Rescue Service Center, with the consent of the marketing manager, dragged the vehicle back to the service station for maintenance.

The Aoling Rescue Service Center arranged for technicians to go to the scene immediately. It took 70 minutes to arrive at the destination. After the technicians inspected the vehicle, it was found that the vehicle EGP, muffler assembly and nitrogen oxygen sensor were faulty, and the vehicle was tested several times after replacing the parts. The fault is resolved.

The service center responded positively and quickly arranged technicians to go to the site for repairs after receiving the call. After about 24 minutes from the customer, the technicians rushed to the site and spent a total of 30 minutes on site inspection and identified it as the cause of the welding fracture of the clutch booster bracket.

Because the customer's vehicle was pulling the shot blasting machinery textile parts and was eager to deliver the goods, the technicians performed welding repairs on the welding of the clutch booster bracket. Finally, a warm meal was given to the customer.

After the incident, Master Liu, who was already very anxious, after the rapid repair and handling of the rescue center, highly praised Aoling’s "three-hour rescue" service, and was very satisfied with Aoling’s service attitude and felt particularly warm.
